They always make time for emergencies. The are very kind and helpful. Smiles when you come in. Couldn't ask for a better place.

I've seen this place highly recommended by others. I took my poor daughters sick cat in today and they were amazing! We walked in the door and were immediately put in an exam room. Doctor got to work my boy immediately. Absolutely amazing care! Highly recommend!

I reached out to the Pet Hospital in order to get a cat in for a feline leukemia test. They were aware that the cat had never been to a vet before and that all we wanted to do was a blood draw for a leukemia test. When we got there, they then mentioned about a rabies shot which was at first okay, and then they came back with an over $500 bill so that is when I said to pack the cat up and we would just go elsewhere. I came in for a simple feline leukemia test and was quoted a hundred and ten dollars and then they wanted me to pay over $500 for everything. They made us pay $68 for the exam which was not even a complete exam, and we left. I understand that they wanted to do right by the cat, but if the leukemia test was positive then all of the rest that they wanted to do would not even matter. I expressed my frustration to them and they let us walk out. Needless to say, we will not be going back there. Got an appointment made at the pet hospital in fremont, took the cat their, awfully funny how they didn't talk about all of the extra sedation and extra medication needed just to withdraw some blood from the cat.

We are so grateful to the staff at the vet hospital for getting Elroy in the same day and providing such amazing care. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and took the time to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. What really stood out was the follow-up call a couple of days later to check on how Elroy was doing. That extra level of care meant so much to us and showed how much they truly care about their patients and their families. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Elroy. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that goes above and beyond! ❤️🐾
