I wish I could honestly give negative stars. My husband called on March 26th to reserve a run for our dog for Easter weekend. He was told it was not a problem, they had us down and we had to have her there by 8:30 am. We pull up at 8:26 to take her in. We walk in and the receptionist did not have us on the books but they did have room but first she had to call the vet to see if they could take her. Not surprisingly, she couldn't get a hold of anyone. We gave her our number to call us if she heard back. One hour later, no call back. Luckily we found somewhere else to take her. Most unprofessional care!

There's probably one under me from "Newest" about a guinea pig. I'm the daughter, and I'm devastated. The man who explained what he's done to my baby only said that he "tried" and said that animals can die from stress. I don't believe it, and as someone who's taken her there SEVERAL TIMES, I refuse to believe it was from stress, and yet didn't say a thing even though I sai he couldn't have said it was a possibility? "I will not take your insults" WHAT INSULTS, SIR?? And he did charge $360. I don't care about the money that was charged, because even if we did get the money back, that wouldn't bring my baby back. I hope karma fights back. Hope your pillow is WARM in the summer. Hope it's cold in WINTER. Never let it reach the perfect room temperature.

Lleve a mi mascota chocolate a las 2 de la tarde y me dijo la mujer que el medico no estaba y que debia dejarla para cuando el medico regresara la pudiera examinar que me llamaria para darme resultados.llamo como las 4 de la tarde para decir que tenia que hacer unos rayos x y dije si asi que espere como las 5.30 para recojer a mi mascota y el dijo que tenia gases y un poco de abseso por falta de pasto pero le dio medicamento y dijo que estaria mejor me cobro 360 y a las 2 horas de llegar a casa mi mascota esta muerta 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
