Been taking my dog here for the past four years since he was a puppy and absolutely love Dr. Sam. However, after calling, I might think again about using this location. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I asked if there was any way we could get my dog his distemper vaccine within the next two weeks. However, The assistant stated that this is unable to occur until the 15th. I then asked if there was any anyway the other locations could accommodate. She stated “you ‘re going to have to call them” I tried to explain that I am a teacher and I am not able to get off due to a sub shortage the past couple of weeks and that we are leaving for the first time out of state and flying with our dog in two weeks. She then quickly hung up the phone. I then called the Millard clinic on 144th and the assistant was so helpful! She Recommended a couple places I could go if they were unable to accommodate, and then she was actually able to get me in for Monday.

Dr Sam and team (Mandy, Mary and Jocelyn) are fantastic to work with! Dr Sam came recommended from a friend. She takes the time to listen and clearly cares about all her clients. My pet has been seen at Millard Vet’s other locations and I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone on staff. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to their Millard location for sometime time now, but due to the heavy decline in customer service and friendliness, I’ve decided to switch here. This morning I talked with Deb and she was very happy to help me with my questions, provide me pricing, and even explained things to me. Thank you for everything Deb, I look forward to doing future business with this location.

Could not recommend this place more. The staff here is incredible and treats your pet with priority and dignity. They go above and beyond to address your concerns and look at the dog thoroughly. They are great people that see your animal with the same level of compassion and intention that you do.
