Very disappointing experience with Lambert Vet Supply. I ordered a product listed as a “Stone Small Animal 5/16" Tattoo Outfit with Ear Release.” The product description clearly stated that the outfit includes aluminum alloy pliers, digits (0–9), and 3 oz black tattoo ink, and the photos showed the complete kit. What I actually received was only a small portion of the items, not the outfit that was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they insisted it wasn’t their error and claimed I ordered something different, even though the SKU I purchased specifically states the pliers and ink are included in the outfit description. Instead of correcting the misleading listing or making it right, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket to return the item to get a refund. Charging customers return shipping for a product that does not match its own description is unacceptable. Between the misleading product listing and the unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online retailer. I would strongly recommend double-checking product descriptions before purchasing from this company, because if something is wrong, they will not take responsibility for it.

Have struggled with discounts and pricing previously with multiple calls. Most recent advertisement was free shipping over $29 for medications and would not show up in cart. Called to see what was going on and they said it should be over $49 and would not honor what was posted on the website. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Placed an order for 10 items and only received 1 out of the 10. No email or any communication that my full order would not be shipped but had no issue collecting my money.

Recently ordered supplies thru this company blindly off the web. Had fast and wonderful service, products were as promised and my order came 6 days before expected delivery date!! Will definitely order again in the near future!!

The only reason that I am giving Lambert Vet Supply 2 stars is because of the customer service. I have spoken with 3 nice ladies that have seemed to care about my order. HOWEVER, the shipping on my order has been HORRIBLE!!! I placed my order initially on a Monday and by the Friday of that week my order of my 2 supplies had not been touched! I had to call customer service and ask why my order had not been addressed! The following Monday I was told by customer service that my order would be sent overnight express bc of the delay in processing my order (only after I complained!)….it was not! So almost 2 weeks after placing my order it is still in transit. So know it will take a while to actually receive your order. On the pharmacy side…the young lady was great. HOWEVER AGAIN, almost 2 weeks after placing my pharmacy order I still have not received my medication for my animal. I find this very unacceptable! So just know to anticipate a couple weeks (or more!) before you will receive anything you order from Lambert Vet Supply….at least that has been my very unfortunate experience! I needed my order filled and sent to me in a timely manner. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience in receiving my order from Lambert Vet Supply!!!!
