Dr. Jensen and staff are my favorite folks to work with for my dogs, cats, and horses!! They are all very helpful and Dr. Jensen has helped with more than a few emergencies we have had! We travel across the state lines just to see her and always appreciate how careful the staff is with our rowdy animals, often putting up office animals in advance to make an easy visit for our dog aggressive boy. Dr. Jensen acknowledges all physical and emotional needs of the animals she works with in ways other vets do not. I cannot recommend them more for any and all animal needs!

I just have to say hands down this is the best veterinary hospital I've ever been to. The entire staff is so caring but Shannon handled my situation with care. And tho it didnt turn out like we had hoped, I do not question for a second that she did her best. Considering that she was left to clean up what a different vet messed up. My dog was in shock after delivering 12 puppies by c section. And the previous vet left 1 in her and had to go back in. He released our dog and 12 puppies to us and sent us on our way. But my dog should not have been released. She could barely breath. Tho we in turn lost all the dogs, Shannon still drove to us and transported everyone to her clinic. We lost the mama right away. But she offered the 12 puppies around the clock care even though they didn't stand much of a chance without the colostrum from their mama. She kept in contact with me, whether it was 3 in the morning. Or 1 in the afternoon. And she showed us so much care and understanding as our hearts broke. I really wish that things would have turned out different or that I would have chosen her as my vet from the get. But I will never go to a different vet. I cannot thank you enough for the help this office offered our family.

Dr. Jensen has been taking care of my cats since she moved to Grant many years ago. She has treated over 70 of them over the years as I care for ferals as well as household cats. I have 8 former ferals living in the house now and they are wonderful companions. They all came inside due to special needs of each. The oldest cat was injured by a train when she was a kitten and Dr. Jensen saved her by removing her right shoulder and leg so she is a tripod cat. Now that she is elderly she has asthma, arthritis and digestive problems. She is a sweet cat and takes her meds pretty well. The team has treated for injuries as well as testing,shots and neutering and yearly checkups as well as providing food and medications. I do not know how we would manage without them as I am older and no longer drive. I have found them to be very caring and extremely helpful when needed. My only complaint is new help. It takes new staff so long to be helpful on phone calls and sometimes messages don't get passed on to the proper person. All thumbs up [ and paws[ to the clinic and excellent care.

Had to take a 19 year old kitty in to them. She was already on Medication for 4 years. That medicine took a toll on her kidneys. Went into this place and felt like I was family right off the bat. Scheduled a appointment for my cat last week for today's date. Went in today and the Doctor examined her and suggested to add on more blood work to what was already scheduled. Blood work came back bad. Then they recommended doing a procedure that will only prolong her life and not suffer to bad if I wanted to. The other option was just go ahead and put her down. So I put her down and it was pretty easy due to their family like atmosphere. We will be taking the dog to them after today. They act like they known me for 50 years, that's my kind of a place. They have a assortment of cats and dogs in office that loves everybody. The animals are just as friendly as the humans. Had a dog pushed open the door so him and the cat came in the room. Cat made itself happy perched upon a chair. Not one unhappy soul in that place but the sick ones. Thanks again and we will most definitely be back.
