Had my 1 year old puppy groomed there today (6-36-26)and I was mortified by the job the groomer did. She is very shy and is afraid of strangers. I should have known when Lacey was scared to even go with her. She was matted in places but I have had other groomers do my pets if the are matted and they never turn out the way poor Lacey turned out. She was there for 7hours and was probably scared out of her mind.
