I won't be back. Which is sad bcuz I used to trust my Vet. I dunno what was said to him b4 I took my cat in & I dont really care anymore. I wont be yelled at. Won't hit my cat hard enough to move his body 2-3ft. When he bites. My cat got so worked up by his raised voice he opened a cupboard door & hid. .The Only thing good about that visit was finding out nothing is wrong with my cats teeth. That was my primary concern..Incidentally giving my cat more attention has calmed him down & he hasn't tried using his teeth on me. And shame on you for talking down to a woman. And not listening.

We go to the Holdrege Veterinary in Minden and Holdrege and they've been great for our dog! We highly recommend!!

I had three of my cats spayed here. I had scheduled it 2 weeks in advance. Called the day before to double-check. Everything seemed to be in place. I was out in the garden and I missed a phone call from them. I called them back 20 minutes later. They asked permission to clip my cat's ears to show that they were spayed and neutered. I gave my permission to take a notch out. They did not take a notch out. They took a huge brutalized uneven chunk off of two of my cat's ears. When I called to ask about it the front desk lady admitted that they forgot to ask me ahead of time and so called me in the middle of the day. When I didn't answer immediately they delayed the procedure until I called them back, and the cats were awake. She admitted they did the procedure while the cats were awake and were fighting them because they were in pain. When I ask for a simple apology she tried saying it wasn't their fault. They are a veterinarian clinic. This is what they do. It's not my responsibility to ask about procedures that I don't know about, I'm not the vet. I didn't ask for anything but an apology and I was treated very rudely then hung up on. I tried calling back and no answer. I tried a couple more times in the last few days and they must have blocked my number. I didn't cuss or yell I was simply being firm that it was not my fault and the lady insisted it was my fault for not answering the phone. Very unprofessional.

I have taken all of my pets here and they have done a great job. They have always taken the time to help me make the most informed decision regarding the care and quality of life of my animals and were compassionate during difficult times. Also fairly priced especially compared to other veterinary clinics in the area.
