Called to ask if I could have my cat seen for an emergency visit due to him having a UTI and not being able to pass anything for hours now. The person who answered the phone had no empathy what do ever which is concerning given he works at the vets office. Told me to come in later around 2 after I've told him he's been experiencing this for a few hours now. Very unprofessional
