If I could give a negative review I definitely would !! I live out of town and decided to kennel my dog here while I was in town,I got a recommendation from a family member. My dog is almost 2 years old and he is my ESA. I made it known that this is my first time being separated from my dog and that he might have issues. When I dropped him off he did not have any issues, except his allergies. I provided his medication and they didn't even give it to him !!!!!! Through the 3 1/2 days that I had him kenneled there I tried to reach out and check on him a few times and only got one response. This made me concerned but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I went to go pick my dog up, he was shaking and scared. I took him outside before putting him in the car and he immediately went to the bathroom. He had explosive water diarrhea with blood! He also had a big gash on his nose. Nothing was ever said to me about any of this. I also provided plenty of dog food and canned food and told them to feed him the canned food if he didn't eat. I also provided treats for him. When I picked him up the treats were not even opened and neither was the canned food. He didn't even eat 1/4 of the food I provided for him !!!!! I also provided a blanket for him while he was being kenneled and they returned the blanket to me rolled up in the bag that I had provided for him with his dog food and the blanket was covered in dog feces. Are you completely serious! I would not recommend this place for anybody I don't even believe that they care about animals. The way that I received my dog back I would definitely say they don't care about animals

I am from out of state & was in Nebraska upland hunting with a friend of mine who vets with B&B. My dog scratched her eye on the 1st day of our hunting trip, my friend called and Dr. Brittany was willing to squeeze us in between her other appointments. Dr. Brittany was amazing, so kind! I'm so grateful that she was willing to take care of my best girl & got us back out in the field. Thank you so much Dr. Brittany!!

Took my cat Scoobie to them and they were fantastic with him! After 3 nights with them he is home and getting better. For all they did for him prices were reasonable! I can't thank them enough!
