We have a diabetic cat and the vet here is so great with helping us manage his care. I used to just take my cats in once a year if that, but now I've been in a dozen times in a year and I am so glad I choose this practice. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I totally trust my cat with them.

Wholly unimpressed worth this better clinic. Our cat was really sick, and we brought him to this vet as an emergency. We spoke to them about what was going on, and our situation. In the end, they recommended that we go to a specific animal hospital in Omaha that wouldn't even see him without an additional $300 office visit fee, even though he had already been examined and diagnosed at this clinic, and they wouldn't even give us an estimate until we paid that office visit fee up there. This was not the fault of vantage heights, but they didn't even mention the feline hospital in town that had experience with feline problems. I think vantage heights needs to think about the vets that they recommend, because it made us feel like there was a partnership between the two. I feel as though they recommend this other facility in Omaha, knowing that they do this to clients, and it felt very shady in a way. Thankfully, we called around and found someone who cared more about the animal than the money the family had in their pockets, and I'm referring more to the vet clinic vantage heights recommended in Omaha. Vantage heights was kind and good to our cat, but my recommendation is that they think better about the vet hospitals they recommend in emergency situations.
