Recently we had to say goodbye to our 17 year old little fur baby. He was such a joy and everyone loved him. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Westfield Small Animal Clinic. They loved our sweet boy everytime we brought him in from the front desk to the vet techs to the vets. His very last visit was rather unbelievable. They have a “comfort” room that was unlike any we’d seen. It was set up as a peaceful, comfy, living room. The family had loveseats and chairs to sit on, and there was chocolate for the dogs and their humans. Afterall, we all know chocolate is bad for dogs, and this way the beloved furbaby got to try it. We were given a restaurant style clicker and told we could have as much time as we wanted to say goodby. Then Dr. Kira talked to us as she administered our sweet boy's last medications and he was gone before she finished talking to us. We are forever indebted to their loving care.

Friendly compassionate staff. They gave my bunny the best care and were very caring when he had to be put down. Have had great experiences with neuters and spays and all around animal care. Also cannot complain about the price of anything! Reasonably priced.

We originally only came here because our usual vet wasn’t available. But even with such short notice, they were so kind and patient with us and our boy, Romeo. I really appreciate that they were kind but still straight forward— explaining that with the tumor in his mouth growing as fast as it was, he only had days before he lost the ability to swallow. They gave us what we needed to keep him comfortable for one more day (husband and I wanted more time to say goodbye), and helped us peacefully send him off the next day. They also sent a very sweet card signed by all the staff in the mail. They really made an awful loss as warm and wonderful as such things can be. I really appreciate them. Thank you.

Yesterday morning, we called to get our senior dog in to see the vet. When we called, they got us in right away, and they took the Best care of my dog Millie. Unfortunately, she was old and had a lot of health problems, and we sadly had to say goodbye yesterday. But staff and Dr. Kautz We’re extremely professional and empathetic as we dealt with this loss. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They were amazing.
