My dog had a torn toenail and was very uncomfortable so I needed him to be seen. My vet wasn’t very helpful so I called Urgent Per Care of Papillion. They set up an appointment right away for the same day. They took great care of him and put my mind at ease. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I even got a text following up on him. I highly recommend them.

The care was very good and fast. I thought everyone did a fantastic job. I was out of town and they explained everything to my daughter and son in law who kept me in the loop. Then followed up with me to see how my dog was. That was awesome. They took my dog right in. He got hit by a car.

Kind and caring. Explained things well. However when they knew my cat was dehydrated, I wish they would have given him the subcutaneous fluids right away while waiting for bloodwork as he perked up within 2 hours of receiving it. He was there about 5 hours before he got it.
