If I could give them 0 stars I would! First of all, you can NEVER get an emergency appointment, NEVER! It takes at least a month to get an appointment, and then when you do get an appointment, only your dog or cat sees the vet, you get to see an "assistant" and wait in a room for your pet. You can't order your own flea or heartworm medicine, you have to use their website. But when you do, they 'lose' your order after you've already paid for it, and don't bother paying for expedited shipping 1-2 day shipping, because 7 days later, it's still not there! Oh, but wait, the money came out of your account, but they don't see your order! Yeah, you're just out of luck! And don't ask for a copy of your receipt to get e-mailed to you because you'll have to be calling back 4 times! Hey, but one good thing is, the staff is super-friendly!

Very friendly very caring I had to put my 15 year-old dog Down. I’m glad that this place was here. It’s hard putting an animal down, especially If you have them since birth. I appreciate them very very much

Yesterday I had to endure the worst reality a pet owner could be hit with. I was hysterical, literally kicking and screaming. Weston & Dr. Walker calmed me down. Nala loved coming to the vet, she’d been seeing Dr. Walker for 3 years. Thank you for having big & beautiful hearts and taking such great care of my pup. ❤️
