I would love to give a higher review because everyone is kind, knowledgeable and good with my animals. But every time we have our annual visit for bloodwork and med renewals it never gets followed through. (The meds we need are not available at the clinic and have to be filled at a local retail pharmacy). Every year it is a struggle because the prescription renewals never get sent in. Calls don’t seem to get returned to the pharmacy when they try to help me. So after much frustration and when it becomes urgent, things finally get done.

They have been very reasonable.When it comes to veterinarian, work for dogs or canines. Love this place

The front desk is extremely rude at all times. They are a basic vet for shots and other simple stuff. If you have an animal in distress or emergency, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They cannot and will not help.

I have pets, I live an hour from the Creekside Vet - but it is so worth the drive. The vet Dr. Jen along with her assistant Cheyenne are the kindest most caring people with my pets. I never feel rushed when they see my pets. I have rescue animals, so that means I don’t know their history but Dr.Jen and Cheyenne are experts at relaxing an anxious dog or cat.

They help my dog that had a ear infection and a toe injury all the tech’s and the Doctor’s were very helpful and nice highly recommend
