If I could give a negative number, I would. This clinic was not only negligent in an emergency situation with my dog, but almost cost us our dog. We initially came in after hours with a puncture wound injury to my dogs shoulder. She was stitched up and sent home with antibiotics. After 5 days of in and out visits and my dog progressively getting worse, my dog had developed cellulitis, an abcess and a high uncontrolled fever. We ended up in Lincoln in the ICU for 3 days, where the vet found a 7 inch piece of hedge in my dog's shoulder that was missed completely by this office. That error resulted in several thousands of dollars of treatment for surgery, an abcess, cellulitis, extreme fever and almost death. After spending a considerable amount of money with this office, to turn around and have to spend a small fortune fixing something that should have been caught the first 4 times we had our dog in this office, was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. We attempted to try to work something out with the bill and we're told no. No compassion for their mistake, no understanding of a very stressful 3 weeks of constant doctor appointments, no willingness to help financially a situation that should never have happened. I have never been so disappointed in a clinic. For a small community with limited choices, this is heartbreaking, especially for a clinic that claims to provide emergency after hours care. I was so excited to have an after hours vet in this area, but after this experience, I will never recommend them to anyone.

I'm from Nebraska City and had an emergency arise with my chihuahua at 4:00 in the afternoon. Neither of the vets where I live were in the office today so I called here desperate to get him in someplace and have him checked. They stayed late and gave my pup amazing care. They didn't rush to get me out of there, they took their time with him and put my worries at ease. I was also pleased how affordable it was considering it was an emergency and they stayed late for us. I highly recommend them!

Staff is always great and knowledgeable. Vets are amazing with our animals and very helpful with advising us how to take care of them.
