I have trusted this place with my pets for over 15 years, but the past year has been incredibly difficult. I lost my beloved cat of 15 years on Saturday, and when I called, they said I needed to pay $140 immediately or I could keep him in the freezer until Thursday when I got paid. I understand the costs, but I felt dismissed when I came in. I'm just hoping I receive the correct ashes because they took him to the back without a tag or anything on the box. I've been bringing him here for 15 years, and it feels like they no longer care. I also have a diabetic dog, so medication is a concern for us, and there’s an older woman who works there who has been quite unkind every time we come him for is mediation.They didn’t provide a choice for the urn—just a plain white box for $140—and I felt overlooked. I’m truly saddened by how much this place I loved taking my animals to has changed. We also drive from Lincoln every time because we moved and still wanted to continue our pets care. Please pray I get back my cat's ashes.

This was a required well puppy visit for our new Yorkshire Terrier. She is 12 weeks old and this was a one-time visit for us on our way home from picking Roxy up. They treated is like family and explained all the things to watch for health wise. All in all it was a good visit and if we are ever in the area and need to see a vet we will call them again.
