Had to take my dog in for an emergency and they got her right in and took great care of her. This is a wonderful vet clinic that I trust with all my animals.

They took good care of Igmu. They even let him chill out in the sink. I changed the 5-star rating to a 3-star rating because of how the receptionist treated me, especially in contrast to how she interacted with others immediately before or after interacting with me. The last time I went there, she was rude to me once again. I had enough of it, however. I asked to speak with someone else, and she was suddenly accommodating and nice to me. It was the first time she treated me with any level of basic decency. It took me a long time to admit to myself that some people do not deserve my kindness. They don't deserve to treated poorly by me either, even if they are not very nice people. This is not a cut-down. It is an honest review. I told myself that the entire clinic should not get a reduced rating because of this one receptionist, which is why it took me a long time to change it. I was wrong about that, however. She is the face of this company and her coworkers do not hold her accountable. If they did, she would no longer work there. Her behavior is downright appalling. I could go into details and draw out each time she was rude to me and said things in distaste, but I feel like those efforts would be futile because it's not like it went unnoticed. I am more disappointed in the people who allow her to get away with this than I am with her. Lastly, your website shows some positive remarks in quotation marks at the bottom of your page, and of them states this: "Very friendly staff!" When you chose to put that quote, specifically, on your website, you knew what you were doing. Please, check your ethics. I found an ethical vet practice that has their priorities in order, and at first I marveled at how they afforded me basic human courtesy. If you go to this practice and get less than that, you do not need to stay there, and it's okay to leave an honest review.
