What a horrible establishment when a family needs to put down an 11 year old dog and calls to tell your they will be 30 minutes late and you just slap them in the face and say oh well we can reschedule this 2 days later absolutely disgusting I will never not recommend this establishment ever

Needed to have my family pet of 10 yrs put down for health reasons made an appointment was going to be late they couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate us. Now in the last year probably 6 months I we as a family have spent well over 10000 dollars with them they claim to care about your pets but seems money is all they care.about. I am a truck driver and it’s hard to get back at their convenience but they supposedly are a 24 hr a day seven day a week facility very very very disappointing service yes you did offer but did you call me to make that offer no you didn’t not and you vaccinated my dog that you very well knew that she was going to have to be euthanized thus adding more money to your pocket but you can come up with all your excuses fact is this you care more about padding your pockets then pets and the way your girl explained it was yes you could do a later appointment but we would be charged an after hours fee and we as a family have 5 dogs and 12 cats that adds up to 17 I think

I had to have sweet cat put to sleep this morning. I knew he was sick but i didnt realize how sick he was and was suffering as explained to me by Dr. Christinsen. It wasnt an easy decision but once she explained i knew i had to. You and the rest of the staff showed so much compasion and explained every thing that was going on. I apreciate you guys so much during this heart breaking time.

Dr. Winfield was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! She talked through everything, and listened to all my concerns! All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and made my Lady feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly, and knowledgeable vet clinic!
